Architectural Standards

All Rio Vista Community Association (RVCA) property owners are encouraged to maintain and improve their homes and lots. This benefits all owners through improved appearance of our neighborhood and enhanced property values. To assist RVCA owners a simple one-page application, the Construction Architectural Request Form (CARF), is required to obtain approval from the RVCA Architectural Committee BEFORE Talbot County permitting is requested.
