Every year in December, the owner(s) of each lot are levied an annual fee by the Board of Governors. The fee is $50 and is due on January 1 of the following year. Fees are mandatory and cover costs the Association incurs in the maintenance and improvement of the community lands and in management of the association to enforce: the General Restrictions and Conditions set forth in the Deed and Agreement, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws.
