Every year in December, the owner(s) of each lot are levied an annual fee by the Board of Governors. The fee is $50 and is due on January 1 of the following year. Fees are mandatory and used by the Association for management and enforcement of the General Restrictions and Conditions set forth in the Deed and Agreement, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws; and expenses incurred for maintenance and improvement of community lands.
