ANNUAL FEE: Every year in December, the owner(s) of each lot are levied an annual fee by the Board of Governors. The fee in 2024 is $50 and is due on January 1, 2024. Fees are mandatory and used by the Association for management and enforcement of the General Restrictions and Conditions set forth in the Deed and Agreement, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws, as well as expenses incurred for maintenance and improvement of community lands.
RESERVE ASSSESSMENT FEE: A change in Maryland law requires all homeowner associations (HOAs) in Maryland to obtain a professional reserve study every 5 years to identify the amount of money the HOA must reserve each year to repair and replace its capital assets. The law authorizes HOAs to make assessments on all residential property owners as needed to meet the funding requirement.
