Communications

The Communications Committee shall have the mission of maintaining a two-way communication between the RVCA Board of Governors and the General Membership. The Board uses this committee’s products as a sounding board for Rio Vista residents and owners.

Additionally, this Committee is responsible for the Rio Vista Community Association’s newsletter, the Nav-light. The Nav-light is published quarterly (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall) and distributed to all homes in Rio Vista electronically or by mail. It transmits important committee reports, historical information, special feature articles and other news items relevant to the community.

The Committee also has the responsibility of maintaining and updating the Rio Vista Community website with important community documents/forms, news and announcements, support for real estate transactions, architectural approvals for modifications, safety/security information and historical documentation.
