REQUIREMENTS, PROCESS & FORMS

The Board of Governors for the Rio Vista Community Association (RVCA) provides this page for updates and procedures for a Quitclaim Deed. At this time, only properties that abut the Calvert (Paper) Avenue are eligible to go through the process for a quitclaim deed.

QUITCLAIM APPLICATION – (QUAF)

The QUAF is the formal Application that must be completed by Property Owners. Information includes: owner and property information, requirements and steps for approval. Note that all mandatory Fees must be current to apply. A $100 fee must accompany the application and additional costs apply for legal counsel.

INDEMNIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

An Indemnification Agreement naming Rio Vista Community Association must be prepared, signed, and notarized.
