PICNIC AREA
The Picnic Area at the end of Landing Road is a great place to enjoy the scenic waterway. Homeowners and their guests can watch the Log Canoe races from park benches or just relax in the shade on the water’s edge. Many a prized fish has been reeled in from the shores of the Picnic Area.
COMMUNITY DOCK
The Community Dock provides a protected harbor on Spencer Creek for small boats and gives easy access for anglers and pleasure boaters who want to explore the backwaters of the Eastern Shore or cruise into town for lunch. Boat slips are available for seasonal rental.
There are two mandatory fees that are billed annually. In 2025, for the first time in over 20 years, the Board raised the mandatory fees. The Fee for FY 2026 will remain the same as FY2025.

- A mandatory Annual Fee of $75, and
- A mandatory MD Reserve Assessment Fee of $25
For FY2026 total Fees of $100 will be billed to each residential lot in January, 2026 and are due 30 days from the invoice date. A Schedule/Disclosure of all Fees can be found HERE.
